Support for academic research projects:

Standard fees for routine INAA:

OUS institutions $75/sample (≤ 10 samples)
Non-OUS institutions $100/sample (≤ 10 samples)
Volume discounts are available for larger projects.

DOE Reactor Sharing funds:
The Department of Energy's Reactor Sharing program serves to make nuclear analysis techniques more accessible (and affordable) to non-reactor owning institutions by subsidizing the costs of irradiations. This program significantly reduces the cost of INAA, but is generally limited to small pilot projects (≤ 50 samples). Academic projects without outside funding are eligible for funds under this program.

Collaborative research projects:
Researchers at the OSU-RC welcome the opportunity to develop collaborative projects with researchers from other institutions. Analytical fees are significantly reduced when OSU-RC staff share authorship on published results. For more information, please email.
